Since 2012, Colleen has developed courses to educate the community in local herbs and practical ways to incorporate this medicine into the family home. She has held workshops in Hedgerow-to-Kitchen Medicine, Children’s health Naturally, Seasonal Cleanses, Winter wellness and Natural Skincare. 

She began developing the Hedgerow-to-Kitchen Medicine as a seasonal series of courses that are going to be available online to purchase individually or as a full package. There will be other short courses available to purchase and you will find info on live classes over the later half of the year here.

Colleen will also be teaching weekend workshops with her close colleague Marina Kesso at their new location www.ivywood.ie.
