What you need:
• A Nutri bullet or smoothie machine
• A juicer( not too fussy here, you can use a slow masticating juicer if you have or can obtain one, and a Phillips juicer is fine too as long as you drink the juice straight away)
• A good book
• Funny movies
• A quieter schedule if possible
• A willing heart and a sluggish gut! Even those with “normal digestion” can jump on board with this plan.
Who is this for?
Really it is safe for most people to perform this little break on the digestive system.
The only contraindications are pregnancy, metabolic diseases, history of eating disorders and if you are on any medications or have been recently diagnosed, please get in touch with me first.
